Cindy Limeberry

Cindys practice of yoga began over 16 years ago with an emphasize on the physical asanas. This was the focus at that time, very little was taught on the lesser known mental and spiritual aspects. It wasn’t until several years ago she discovered the health benefits of a pranayama (breath work) and meditation practice. She has struggled with asthma since 6 months of age. Her daily regimen included monitoring her oxygen intake, using one inhaler daily and then adjusting other medication as required. Today through her yoga practice (with pranayama and meditation) she has eliminated (with her doctors supervision) all medications ridding her body of steroids and enhancing her overall health and wellbeing. S
he graduated from Asheville Yoga Center’s teacher training in 2008 and since has dedicated herself to teaching private yoga. And now as the founder of After The Masters she combines her personal experience and pranayama practice to bring the many benefits of yoga to a larger audience. She believes that the benefits of yoga are accessible to anyone and everyone who has the desire and dedication, regardless of their physical, mental and spiritual abilities. She brings to her class a fun, explorative and inspirational approach with a strong emphasize on pranayama.

Ginny Grant

Ginny is an area native, growing up in Hendersonville in the home her parents still live in today. Her mother introduced her to yoga as a young child by giving her challenging poses to practice to occupy her time and keep her "busy". Her family practiced meditation and chanting on a regular basis. She has always been very introspective and fascinated by the workings of our metaphysical world. A strong love for animals led her to graduating from the NCSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988 and to All Pets Animal Hospital where she works today. Ginny first started attending yoga asana classes in 1995 and became certified to teach at Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta in 2001. She also completed an Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson and continues to regularly attend workshops. Her personal practice and teaching style is derived from a blend of styles including Anusara, Ashtanga, Tripsichore and Iyengar. Through her daily practice she has never stopped learning and views a challenging practice as a jigsaw puzzle where when particular pieces of mind, body and energetic awareness are realized, everything starts to effortlessly fit in place. Her intent as an instructor is to provoke questions that are answered through introspective study and by ones own inner teacher. Ginny brings to her classes an advanced curiosity and exploration of the body with a sensitivity and passion that is both inspiring and enlightening.
